During a low-scoring contest on Sunday, the Denver Broncos managed to secure a close win over the winless New York Jets. Quarterback Bo Nix threw an early scoring strike and kicker Wil Lutz provided the game-winning go-ahead field goal to seal the hard-fought win.

Dominant Display Wins Game

Despite recording nine sacks versus Jets quarterback Justin Fields, the Broncos found themselves trailing 11-10 after giving up a two-point play in the second half. Remarkably, the Jets could only produce just 82 total net yards during the contest.

The Denver quarterback, who went 19 of 30 attempts for 174 yards, led a critical 12-play, 65-yard possession that culminated in Lutz's short kick with approximately five minutes left.

Historic Struggles for Jets Attack

Despite their dismal offensive display, the Jets still had possession with a opportunity to drive for a possible winning score. However Fields was tackled on fourth-and-eight from the Denver 44 when head coach Aaron Glenn chose to go for it instead of sending out specialist Nick Folk for a difficult kick.

The Jets quarterback struggled throughout, completing just 9 of 17 passes for 45 yards. The Jets ended up with minus-10 net yards passing, the lowest in any contest since 1998.
